Hey gb girls,
gb meeting tmr is 9am to 12.45pm . We'll have a surprise during meeting!
Drill com girls start at 7am.
Gb girls are to wear mufti and nco / sch skirt.
Sec one girls interested to join us are to wear no.1 tee and school skirt.
Pls bring along
-bible
-shorts
-boots (as there is drill session during the meeting)
-water bottle
-a rag per squad
- a small notebook (for sec three)
PS:
Drill com girls don't have to bring full uniform tmr but pls bring on 7 Feb

As you can see, there's another navigation called " Downloads", beside the calendar navigation.
It will contain all the files that we all need to download for gb stuffs, eg. the petty cash claim form
So, pls go there for links to download files that you need! (:
I added the link to mediafire to download the petty cash form already, it is safe to download.

Using your own account, search GB Twenty-Eight Singapore or gb28thcoy [at] gmail [dot] com to add us to your friends list. :) Once added, you will be able to view all pictures and announcements as well as get connected with your seniors.

GB girls are to bring stationary, Bible, water bottles and $5. Attire is mufti, NCO skirt and shoes. Please remembring to bring everything (name tag, skirt, etc.)
Those in the drill competition should report at 7am for training.
See you tomorrow! And hopefully a lot of sec 1s too! :D

Edusave Award Ceremony + Drill Dates
Please go to the GB board to get your parent's letter regarding the below-mentioned activities on Wednesday, 7 Jan, 2009.
This Saturday, 10 Jan, GB will be assisting our school with the Edusave Award Ceremony. Attendance is compulsary. Absence without valid reason will be severely dealt with.
Attire: Full Uniform
Time: 12:30pm (after parade) - 4:30pm
Report to: Mr. Chan & Mrs. M Low

Just to add on to something Eunice said, please remember to bring a Shirt ( Gb/school related) , Shorts ( no translucent ), and Shoes tmr just in case the weather gets too hot. Yes & of course ! Don't forget your sunblock too !
One more thing, tomorrow will be the Drill Comp Selection test so All the Best to each & every one of you! (:
Okay rest well as it'll be a long day. See you girls tmr & don't be late !

PRIVATE TO LANCE CORPORAL (Must be attained by Oct that year)
Criteria for promotion:
1.Girls must hold service award for the year and have participated actively in company activities.
2.Girls must be 13 years old and above.
3.They must be able to do basic drill.
4.Completed Brigade Knowledge or Healthy Attitudes I Badge.
5.Shown to be responsible and reliable
6.Must have at least attained 75% attendance for all activities
7.Must not have any major disciplinary problems with the school
CORPORAL TO SERGEANT (Must be attained by June that year)
Criteria for promotion:
1.Girls must hold service award for the preceding year and have participated actively in company activities.
2.Has been a corporal for SIX (06) months.
3.Attended ONE (01) Leadership Conference in the current year.
4.Completed Drill Stage 2 Syllabus
5.Completed Brigade International or Healthy Attitudes II Badge + ONE (01) other badge
6.First-Aid Badge
7.Shown to be Responsible and reliable
8.Must have at least attained 75% attendance for all activities
9.Must not have any major disciplinary problems with the school
SERGEANT TO STAFF SERGEANT (Must be attained by Feb that year)
Criteria for promotion:
1.Girls must hold service award for the preceding year and have participated actively in company activities.
2.Has been a sergeant for SIX (06) months.
3.Attended ONE (01) Leadership Conference in the current year.
4.Attain Drill Proficiency Badge I
5.Completed Brigade International or Healthy Attitudes II Badge + ONE (01) other badge
6.First-Aid Badge
7.Shown to be Responsible and reliable
8.Must have at least attained 75% attendance for all activities
9.Must not have any major disciplinary problems with the school
Please note:
It is the responsibility of all girls to ensure that they are eligible for promotion by the appointed time. Please ensure that you have completed all necessary.
Failure of which, their promotion will be withheld from them.
All promotions have to be agreed upon by all Officers and teachers in the company.
Attendance for each year’s ATC will be a promotion consideration.
PBB Eligibility Criteria
PIONEER BRIGADER BROOCH ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1.-Completion of the entire Pioneer syllabus before her 18th Birthday.
-Wearing all badges on uniform (BK, HA, S, P, E, S, Home, Church, Community, World,
Brigade International, First Aid, Expedition, Healthy Attitudes II, Service, Drill Stage 1, others)
-Senior Pin
-Pioneer Pin
2.The girl MUST know the local and international Brigade Knowledge.
3.-The submission for the Pioneer Brigader should be sent in as original copy and signed by Captain and endorsed by the School Principal.
-Form completed and signed by Captain
-Signed by Principal
-Recent photograph of the girl attached
