Cambodia Preparations
For all girls going to Cambodia, please be reminded to take note of the following! :)

Updates:
1. Please ensure that all of you have a passport that has 6-mths validity from the date of travel. That means to say that since our trip is on the 19th Nov 2008, your passport's expiry date MUST NOT BE before June 2009. If it is, please let your parents know immediately. You must go and renew it before we leave.
2. Please remember that each Mobilisation Team must prepare the following:
2 x Night Activity
3 x Worship Segments (Either morning or evening - dependant on how your MT is rostered. Please send your songs to MelissaZ.)
1 x 3 hr Children's Ministry Slot (Physical, Educational, Spiritual and Recreational)
3. Start packing your bags in preparation for the trip!
Don't wait till the last minute to pack your items. There are some items you may need to buy first, so ensure that you have purchased them well before the trip.
4. Pray for your personal preparation.
It is really true that you have to spend some time preparing yourself for what is ahead. Ask God to feel as He feels, and give you the strength to do His work there. As a teacher in charge, my prayer is that after this trip, you guys will not be the same again. :)
5. Look forward to the Cambodia T-shirts!
Janelle (2FH) has graciously and enthusiastically volunteered to design the tee. Please bring $8.50 for payment of the tees.

Promotion Criteria
PRIVATE TO LANCE CORPORAL (Must be attained by Oct that year)
Criteria for promotion:
1.Girls must hold service award for the year and have participated actively in company activities.
2.Girls must be 13 years old and above.
3.They must be able to do basic drill.
4.Completed Brigade Knowledge or Healthy Attitudes I Badge.
5.Shown to be responsible and reliable
6.Must have at least attained 75% attendance for all activities
7.Must not have any major disciplinary problems with the school
CORPORAL TO SERGEANT (Must be attained by June that year)
Criteria for promotion:
1.Girls must hold service award for the preceding year and have participated actively in company activities.
2.Has been a corporal for SIX (06) months.
3.Attended ONE (01) Leadership Conference in the current year.
4.Completed Drill Stage 2 Syllabus
5.Completed Brigade International or Healthy Attitudes II Badge + ONE (01) other badge
6.First-Aid Badge
7.Shown to be Responsible and reliable
8.Must have at least attained 75% attendance for all activities
9.Must not have any major disciplinary problems with the school
SERGEANT TO STAFF SERGEANT (Must be attained by Feb that year)
Criteria for promotion:
1.Girls must hold service award for the preceding year and have participated actively in company activities.
2.Has been a sergeant for SIX (06) months.
3.Attended ONE (01) Leadership Conference in the current year.
4.Attain Drill Proficiency Badge I
5.Completed Brigade International or Healthy Attitudes II Badge + ONE (01) other badge
6.First-Aid Badge
7.Shown to be Responsible and reliable
8.Must have at least attained 75% attendance for all activities
9.Must not have any major disciplinary problems with the school
Please note:
It is the responsibility of all girls to ensure that they are eligible for promotion by the appointed time. Please ensure that you have completed all necessary.
Failure of which, their promotion will be withheld from them.
All promotions have to be agreed upon by all Officers and teachers in the company.
Attendance for each year’s ATC will be a promotion consideration.
PBB Eligibility Criteria
PIONEER BRIGADER BROOCH ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1.-Completion of the entire Pioneer syllabus before her 18th Birthday.
-Wearing all badges on uniform (BK, HA, S, P, E, S, Home, Church, Community, World,
Brigade International, First Aid, Expedition, Healthy Attitudes II, Service, Drill Stage 1, others)
-Senior Pin
-Pioneer Pin
2.The girl MUST know the local and international Brigade Knowledge.
3.-The submission for the Pioneer Brigader should be sent in as original copy and signed by Captain and endorsed by the School Principal.
-Form completed and signed by Captain
-Signed by Principal
-Recent photograph of the girl attached
